Unfortunately, I find it difficult to motivate myself to do sports or exercise in general. I know that I should do more for my fitness, but I need support and motivation
I work a lot and have little time for hobbies or sports. I know that this is damaging my health. I need a partner with whom I can quickly and specifically improve my physical condition.
I want to be healthy and fit even when I'm older so that I can keep up with my grandchildren. Sport helps me maintain my muscle mass and improve my quality of life.
I am on the move all day. However, my activity is usually very one-sided, so that other parts of my body are neglected. I would like to strengthen my neglected muscles through targeted training in order to counteract back and shoulder problems.
